1. Return-changes are accepted in our company offices from Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm.

2. Repayment or product changes can be made within ten (10) days from the date of purchase

3. Our shop proceeds to immediately change the product or credit your account with the value for future purchase.

4. The product must be accompanied by proof or purchase invoice.

5. The packaging must be intact, in its original state and not the manufacturer of the safety films have been violated.

6. Shipping costs must be paid for and delivery take place at the company. Returns to debit the company or without return number will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCESS - PRODUCT CHANGE
To return a product you have to bring in our company's offices or if this is not possible, please use the following procedure:
